When 31-year-old mother Beata Ratzman in Malmö disappears in September 2021, a massive search operation is launched in which both the police and the public participate. However, the search is fruitless and despite several traces in various places around Skåne that can be linked to Beata, she remains missing. Malmö police are thus faced with an investigation that is both intricate and challenging in the search for answers to the mysterious disappearance.
