Two American Airlines jets clipped wings on a taxiway at Ronald Reagan National Airport in D.C. with six members of Congress from both New York and New Jersey. Law enforcement tells ABC News the chopper was carrying a family—two adults and three children—in addition to one pilot. Jillian Shriner was shot by police and arrested for attempted murder after allegedly firing a handgun at officers pursuing an unrelated hit-and-run suspect, according to LAPD sources.
