Philip reconciles with Fotini, but their peace does not last long. Fotini has to testify at the trial for Stefanos' death. She is pressured by Ragousis' lawyer, thus losing all credibility as a witness. Ridiculed by acquaintances and friends, Fotini distances herself from everyone, even from Philippos, to whom it is now clear that his girlfriend has feelings for Stefanos.
