The first in a new seven-part series in which comedian Julian Clary holds court, presiding over the grievances of the public and acting as judge and jury. Held in check by his clerk (played by Frank Thornton from Are You Being Served?) Julian dispenses his own brand of justice to all concerned, including celebrity guest Lionel Blair.
