A resident of Kislovodsk is begging for help to prove to her ex-husband that she gave birth to a daughter not from him, but from a lover whom her ex-husband beat to death in a fit of jealousy. The woman is worried that her ex-husband, who is in prison for murder, will return and take her daughter for himself, because the girl is registered with him. But the relatives of her murdered lover doubt that he became the father of little Dasha.
