The Black Guardian strikes a deal with a school student named Turlough to kill the Doctor. He promises him that he will take him back to his home planet if he does the job. Meanwhile The Doctor's Tardis is trapped by a hidden device near Turlough's school.

This episode has to be my favorite of all of Davidsons series except for "The Five Doctors" special because of the Brigadiers appearance again in a Doctor Who episode. I wish the new series run could have had him making occasional appearances as well as the later classics.
