Desperate to help clear Toadie, Susan goes to Paul for assistance. Paul agrees to investigate Peter Noonan and his findings and the subsequent article in the Erinsborough News are enough to convince the Council to sever ties with the development. The shopping centre development is off. But with his aims met, Pauls disinterested in fighting to save Toadie.
