Raging floodwaters in Ruidoso in southern New Mexico killed at least three people, including two children overnight according to authorities. Officials confirmed a Fort Bliss soldier and their spouse are in the hospital with serious injuries and that their two children are among the dead. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports on a community reckoning with the fury of deadly floodwaters, taking stock of anything left. Sunshine Stewart was last seen paddleboarding on a pond in Union, Maine on July 2nd. Her body was found the next day in what state police call "unusual circumstances."
