Sgt Gladwin is on patrol in rural Gloucestershire when a driver overtaking at speed nearly hits him and it transpires that the man is in danger of losing his licence as he is nearly at the maximum speeding points allowed. In Cheltenham, PC Smith looks for a driver in a car who has been reported for drug driving, while a drunk woman on a night out pinched a policeman's bottom.
