The book chronicles her family's journey through grief after losing their young son, River, and later suffering a miscarriage. Natalie Sanandaji, an American survivor of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas terrorist attack in Israel, joins "CBS Mornings Plus" to share her story two years later. As Lyme disease cases surge across the U.S., researchers on Nantucket, Massachusetts, are turning to genetic engineering to stop the ticks that transmit it.
