Israel and Hamas have struck a deal for Hamas to release all remaining hostages and for Israel to withdraw its forces to an "agreed upon line," President Trump announced, calling it the "first phase" of a peace deal to end the two-year-long war. The last of 10 inmates who escaped from the Orleans Parish Justice Center in May was captured in Atlanta after a brief standoff, according to the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office.
