Clan Leader Mamoru

The Dragon Empire Branch is holding a festival, and the already-overworked Mamoru has been put in charge, so he delegates a bit to his kid sister, Tokoha, who is tasked with coming up with a festival activity. Chrono is brought into the fold kicking and screaming, but comes up with a plan that may make the whole festival successful.
