Chrono, Shion, and Tokoha all have the chance to fight United Sanctuary Branch Chief Kanzaki, the mastermind of the "brainwashing" system that churns out strong fighters. TRY3 wants to tear that system down, but they`ll have to beat Kanzaki first.
