The Department of Homeland Security today said Mexican drug cartels are offering $50,000 to kill federal immigration officers in Chicago. It comes as there's a new clash there over President Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. The suspect in the April attack pleaded guilty to attempted murder and multiple counts of arson.
