Naah... It's definitely the lack of patient hygiene!
I'm pretty sure it's about the stealing and reselling of meds, for the few people that know about that.
Dr. Langdon crushing a patient's pills directly with the scissors/peang he's carrying around in his pocket was icky. I understand why people have problems with him.
