Six years after the unsolved murder of his wife, David Novack, an officer with the Ethernel squad, discovers that the killer, the man with the port-wine stain, is still alive and involved in a new murder case. Against the advice of his superiors, he throws himself into the investigation with the help of Lara, a mysterious Italian policewoman.
