Empty Nesters Move to Kauai

Brett and Rayna Evert first honeymooned on Kauai 30 years ago, and immediately fell in love with the island. Each year, they brought their three daughters to the island on vacation, and each year it got harder and harder to leave. Now, with their daughters grown and out of the house, Brett and Rayna are ready to say goodbye to their snowy life in Bend, Oregon, and start a new chapter in Poipu, Kauai. Longtime friend and Hawaii Life Broker, Tim Mira, is on the hunt to help the Everts plants some roots in paradise.
