Martin, Lucy and Dion meet investors who hope to make some money from property bought at auction. Dion talks to a science teacher doing up a house in Bury in Lancashire, Lucy visits a two-bedroom ground-floor flat in Grove Park in London bought by a furniture maker, and Martin falls in love with a cottage built in the 1820s in Butetown in Wales.
