While living overseas, Natasha Bayliss purchased a two-bedroom terrace in Erskineville, without viewing it. Rising damp, crumbling walls and a wreck of a kitchen are just the start of the problems. Now years of neglect have come back to haunt Natasha. She and her husband both lost their jobs and with two children to support, they need to sell the Erskineville terrace, but buyers are taking one look and running in the other direction.
