New York City dog guru Justin Silver helps a new mother whose pampered four-legged "baby" must adjust to a new role as a dog. Justin also works with a K-9 officer whose partner is transitioning to retirement as his family's full-time pet, and he makes a couple realize that their mixed messages are what's causing their dog's constant barking and aggression.
