Builder's Plan Predicament

Desmond and Alice's dreams came true when they bought the builder's plans of their three story, 1700 square foot centrally located home ten years ago. However, with three boys now in the picture, they've outgrown the space and it's too tight. Alice, a lawyer, and Desmond, a relator, have strong and colliding opinions on the future of their family home.
