They know exactly what they want, but unfortunately their long wish list is completely out of step with their budget. Jonathan and Drew convince the couple to customize a fixer-upper into a move-in ready dream home. But narrowing down the potential options proves challenging. Once demolition begins on a home with great bones, Jonathan uncovers a host of potentially nasty surprises that could end up costing big money.
