A two bedroom Victorian cottage in Plaistow, London, a one bedroom flat in a purpose built block in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, and a three bedroom semi in Wellington, Shropshire, are all sold under the hammer. Unfortunately, some of the buyers ignored Hammer's golden rules of viewing before you buy. Martin Roberts, Lucy Alexander and Dion Dublin hear their plans to hopefully make money.
