In today's programme, Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw will task four home cooks with a series of culinary challenges, including how to fillet a fish. The pressure is on as Nathan can only take one cook through to the Friday final which will be judged by three-time Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann.
