Old enough to know better, Eddie McKenna has dreams of becoming a professional DJ. Sacked from his slot at Hospital Radio Glasgow and bored by his day-time job of double glazing salesman, he reluctantly agrees to resurrect the dilapidated radio station at St Jude's Mental Hospital.
