Paul is fuming when new neighbours Graham and April steal part of his land when they erect a fence in the garden, but when he complains he never would have forseen the troubles that were to come, and in Lincolnshire a firm friendship is formed when Richard and Kelly move in next door to Carrie Ann, but when she cools their relationship Kelly launches an attack on Carrie Ann in the street.
