TG4 is an Irish public service broadcaster for Irish-languagespeakers. The channel launched on 31 October 1996. It is available to 98% of homes in Ireland through digital terrestrial televisionSaorview and is available on UPC Ireland, evision, Magnet Networks and since April 2005 via Sky Ireland. TG4 is also available internationally through the TG4 Player.
