Leonard Snart/Captain Cold may be out of the Arrowverse, but there’s a new villain on The Flash who will carry on his villainous legacy. TVLine is reporting that Jon Cor has landed a recurring role as Mark Stevens aka Chillblaine. In the comics, Chillblaine was the partner and lover of Lisa Snart/Golden Glider, who provided him with her brother’s tech. However, Chillblaine ultimately turned on Lisa and murdered her.
