Julia Sweeney Joins ‘Shrill’ Hulu Series From Lorne Michaels & Elizabeth Banks

It’s a Saturday Night Live family reunion on Hulu’s Shrill. SNL alumna Julia Sweeney is set to co-star opposite current SNL cast member Aidy Bryant in Shrill, Hulu’s six-episode single-camera comedy series, which hails from SNL boss Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video, Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman’s Brownstone Productions and Warner Bros. Television, where Brownstone is based.
