Back by Popular (and Festive) Demand, Mistletoe Murders Returns for a Second Season

W Network brings good tidings to holiday TV fanatics! Mistletoe Murders, one of Canada's top 5 specialty entertainment programs last fall*, will return for Season 2 on W Network and STACKTV this holiday season. The series from Lionsgate Canada and Headspinner Productions is based on the Audible global hit podcast of the same name created by Ken Cuperus.

Emily Lane (Sarah Drew, Grey's Anatomy) is a good-natured Christmas shop owner with a secret past. When local murders begin to pop up in Fletcher's Grove, Emily can't help but to use her unique talents from her past life to help solve murders that affect people in her new life. She crosses paths with Detective Sam Wilner (Peter Mooney,  Rookie Blue) who she starts to make a connection with, until he comes to learn there is more to Emily than meets the eye.

Additional cast includes Jean Yoon (Kim’s Convenience), Lara Amersey (Operation Nutcracker) and Kylee Evans (Good Witch). Cuperus is the series creator and showrunner.

Viewers can watch Season 1 of Mistletoe Murders during the mid-year festive annual programming event, Hallmark Channel’s Christmas in July on W Network and streaming on STACKTV.

Lionsgate Television manages international distribution. Mistletoe Murders is adapted from the eponymous Audible Original series starring Cobie Smulders and Raymond Ablack. Three seasons are currently available on Audible.

W Network can be streamed via STACKTV, available on Amazon Prime Video Channels, Bell Fibe TV app, Fubo, Rogers Ignite TV and Ignite Streaming. The network is also available through all major TV distributors, including: Shaw, Shaw Direct, Rogers, Bell, Videotron, Telus, Cogeco, Eastlink and SaskTel.
