Born in Japan, Eileen Saki first appeared in the 1972 movie Black Gunn in an uncredited role, and then in 1974 landed the role of Kim in the movie Policewomen. It was in 1976 that she landed the role of Rosie, the final and longest-running actress to play Rosie, proprietor of Rosie's Bar in the TV series M*A*S*H.
Eileen Saki died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 79
