Jeff Lynne is an English musician, singer and songwriter. He was born December 30th, 1947 in Shard End, Birmingham, England, UK. He is lead singer and only constant member of Electric Light Orchestra. He formed the group The Travelling Wilburys with George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty and Bob Dylan. He has released two studio albums as a solo artist.
