Born in New York City, New York, Elizabeth Hubbard graduated from Radcliffe College in Cambridge, Massachusetts and continued her education in London, England graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1957. Her earliest credit is in the role of Martha Jefferson in a 1959 episode of Our American Heritage, followed in 1962 with the a minor role in Guiding Light. In 1964 she landed the role of Dr. Althea Davis in The Doctors, a role she held through to 1982.
Elizabeth Hubbard died of cancer at the age of 89
