John Belushi (born John Adam Belushi) was an American comedian, actor and musician. He was one of seven Saturday Night Live cast members of the first season.
In 1982, he died at the age of 33. Cathy Smith confessed to dosing him with a mixture of heroin and cocaine at the Chateau Marmont. Smith was charged with second degree murder, was convicted and sentenced to 15 months in prison.
