Lee Pace is an American actor, born on March 25, 1979, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He spent part of his childhood in Saudi Arabia before returning to the United States and later trained at the Juilliard School in New York.
Pace gained early recognition as Ned in the fantasy comedy-drama Pushing Daisies, earning Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. He later appeared in Halt and Catch Fire and became known for major film roles including Thranduil in The Hobbit trilogy and Ronan the Accuser in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
His other credits include The Fall, Lincoln, and Bodies Bodies Bodies. Since 2021, Pace has starred as Brother Day in the Apple TV+ science-fiction series Foundation.
