Sally Crooks was born in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland, UK in 1927. She was a teacher, writer, actor and singer. Sally trained in music and theatre arts at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, England. After arriving in Canada, Sally began a teaching career that lasted until she retired in her early 60's. Acting and directing roles with the Regina Little Theatre, the Regina Lyric Light Opera Society and Regina Summer Stage resulted in a new career as a TV and movie actress. She passed away at 84 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
