Linda Lou Chavez is an author, commentator, syndicated columnist, radio talk show host and a Fox News analyst. Chavez was the highest-ranking woman in Reagan's White House, and was the first Latina ever nominated to Cabinet, when President George W. Bush nominated her Secretary of Labor.
