Lou Llobell was born in Zimbabwe to a Spanish father and Zimbabwean mother. Her childhood was spent in both Spain and South Africa. She moved to England in 2013 to study drama at the University of Birmingham earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Theater Arts in 2016. She then enrolled at the Drama Center of London in 2016 earning a Master of Arts degree in 2018. She has starred in the movies "Voyagers" and "The Pilgrim", as well as the Apple TV+ series, "Foundation".
