Rick Murray

Rick Murray is a producer, director, and writer. He founded Workerbee in 2018 which has since produced films and formats with some of the biggest names in sport, music and entertainment. Documentary projects include Janet Jackson, Bruno v Tyson (Sky, Hulu), Four Kings, and That Peter Crouch Film (Amazon Prime Video) whilst formats produced include Celebrity Bear Hunt (Netflix), Idris Elba's Fight School (BBC), Love Triangle (C4), Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge (NBC), and The Bridge (C4/HBO Max). Recently, Rick has overseen Workerbee's expansion into a group of production companies with Navybee, a label focused on talent-led documentaries (Molly Mae: Behind It All, Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix) and Ty'r Ddraig, a fast growing Wrexham based production label behind the hit BBC series Lost and Found in the Lakes and Bear Gryls: Wild Reckoning.
