Tamanna Rahman is an award-winning investigative journalist and documentary producer with over a decade's experience working with the BBC and Channel 4 in the UK. In 2010 she won the Royal Television Society's Young Journalist of the Year and produced a major new seven-part-series, Spotlight on the Troubles: A Secret History (2019), investigating the secret history of the Troubles for BBC Northern Ireland.
She's recently covered the protests in Hong Kong for Vice News Tonight on HBO in America, where she witnessed first hand the passion and frustrations of the protesters and the increasingly heavy-handed tactics of the police.
