Bayan Joonam is an Emmy-winning filmmaker and the Head of Production at SoulPancake, a media company exploring the human experience through uplifting, thought-provoking video content, like one featuring Kid President. At SoulPancake, he oversees digital content development, programming, production and post-production, and workflow processes and systems. Before SoulPancake, Bayan was a content creator at Jay-Z's Life + Times and a producer for the Brookings Institute in Washington, D.C.
