Joe Locke is an Emmy-nominated Manx actor. Locke is best known for portraying Charlie Spring in the Netflix YA series Heartstopper, based on the book series by the same name. Locke also stars as Billy Kaplan in the Disney+ MCU series Agatha All Along.
