Lien Kai, born on August 7, 1969 in Taipei City, Taiwan Province, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of California State University, Long Beach. Chinese film and television actor. Originally working as a special effects makeup artist in the United States, he went to Hong Kong in 1996 where he started his acting career. He can speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese, and English.
