Zheng Xiaoning, born on November 6, 1961 in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, is a Chinese film and television actor. He was admitted to the Inner Mongolia Repertory Troupe in 1976 and was transferred to the Guangxi Repertory Troupe in 1988. Now he is a contract artist of Zhejiang Tangde Film and Television Co., Ltd.
