Salih Bayraktutan

 Faculty member at Igdir University, Geotechnical Engineering Department.  Formerly worked on geotechnical projects with industrial oil/energy firms and was a faculty member at Erzurum University where he had cognizance over geological studies in areas of Eastern Anatolia, including the "Durupinar Site".
