Kesi Neblett grew up with four brothers and sisters in the backcountry of Kentucky. Their parents, two civil rights activists, took them on road trips during school weeks and showed Kesi how to be spontaneous.
After obtaining an engineering degree at Columbia University (where she also captained a Division 1 volleyball team), Kesi landed a software development job at Goldman Sachs. She implemented infrastructure solutions across Goldman's entire business technology and became one of the top 10% associates of 2020. Since resigning from Goldman in March of 2021, Kesi has traveled to Mexico, Hawaii and New York. She spends her days surfing, playing beach volleyball, biking, reading and writing.
