Georgina Hurcombe

Georgina Hurcombe is the producer/ Director  of the award winning BFI YACF-supported preschool series Pop Paper City, which launched on Channel 5 Milkshake!  Pop Paper city is a 3D craft series with adventure and the series is being distributed by Aardman Animations globally. It focuses on a group of unique paper friends who live in a captivating paper world, and encourages ‘doing as well as viewing' and won an RTS Southern award in 2023 for best short form programme. In 2020 and 2022 respectively, Georgina was highlighted by MIPTV as a ‘Producer to Watch',  Georgina founded the animation studio Lovelove Films in 2010. She has produced an array of animated content throughout this time, which has been broadcasted both nationally and internationally. Georgina was a board member of Animated women UK, and is also a member of BAFTA
