Darrell Lake is an award-winning actor, director, writer and producer. His work is influenced by his diverse background: growing up in Sierra Leone, Guinea, The Gambia, Ghana, United Kingdom, Eritrea and the US. He created the Stage 13/Warner Bros. scripted short-form series, The Incredible Life of Darrell, which he also wrote, starred in, directed and executive produced.
His work has garnered numerous awards and screened at various film festivals including the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW Film Festival, Los Angeles Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, NBC Universal Short Film Festival, New York Television Festival, Pan African Film Festival, and the American Black Film Festival.
He has also appeared in TV shows such as 9-1-1, Hawaii Five-0 and NCIS: LA to name a few.
