Ceci Balagot is an American actor. Ceci came out as trans/non-binary in early 2021 and uses he/him and they/them pronouns. He graduated from the Orange County School of the Arts in 2019 having studied in the Musical Theatre Conservatory and has been acting, singing and dancing since he was a toddler. Ceci is best known for playing Smackle in Girl Meets World for Disney Channel, Grace in Desperate Housewives for ABC, Clara in Dispatches from Elsewhere opposite Jason Segel & Sally Field for AMC, and Frankie Stein in Nickelodeon's first ever movie musical, Monster High.
