Ae Southammavong was a Social media chef from Laos. She was mentored by Richard Blais.
She was eliminated in Next Level Chef season 1 episode 8 after her bacon drunken noodles were voted to be the worst dish due to the basic ingredients used, compared to what was on offer.
After Next Level Chef, Ae returned to Laos and has filmed an Indie documentary about her culinary journey.
